Containers are box-like structures usually manufactured from steel and used for the transportation or storage of all types of products.

Containers come in all sizes and can range from just six feet in length to more than 50 feet. They can vary in construction and materials used according to the use that they are to be put whether it be for static storage, shipping, industrial use or refrigeration of products. Some have forklift pockets for easy moving.

Most types of container have a steel frame and sides of beaded sheet steel. They can be lined or unlined according to need. Floors can be of wood, either marine grade plywood sheet or hardwood plank, or aluminium.
